Steam Recording can't record Discord and my mic is loud and blown out, can't find a way to turn myself down
Anyone else run into this? So far I have:

- Checked all apps in the Steam Recording panel
- Made sure Discord is checked
- Restarted my whole PC (Windows 11 24H2)
- Lowered mic input in Windows mic settings panel for the device I'm using
- Checked every Discord setting screen I can find

Nothing seems to fix either problem I'm having. Anyone have ideas?

I have both of these problems, just letting you know you're not alone and I'm trying to fix this as well.

I found a solution for my voice being too loud: On the recording settings screen, disable ‘automatic gain control’ or whatever it’s called (I’m traveling so AFK). Now Steam seems to obey my Windows input volume setting
