My UBI soft account taht is linked with my steam hacked , now its showing different email id , how to solve it , need help

You'll have to go through Ubisoft's support. That information isn't available on Steam's end. Try reading through Ubisoft's help articles. Try your favourite search engine if you need a link.

Thanks to UBI Soft support team i recover my UBI soft account also my UBI soft game . very much appreciated job by the support team man .. UBI SOFT <3

Accounts being linked to Steam are not on the Steam side.
So you need to go to Ubisoft account management to unlink the accounts.
