You have to go to the individual sites that you linked to Steam.

EA links to Steam, not Steam to EA.

You have to check on the sites you linked to steam. Steam doesn't link the accounts so no way to check on steam

I mean not really, linking it is harmless, it just says its your account

"Linking" basically just stores your profile URL. So, EA can look at your profile, same like everyone else.

Only security risk is if someone is on your steam account they will be able to play your games from EA etc without logging in. Even then sometimes from a new IP or pc they make you log in again anyway. It doesn't store any private data on the other end like passwords etc. It's just linking your profile to the game account.
