CHANGING EMAIL

so i wanted to change my email that i use for this account ,turnout yahoo is stupidly changing their program ,now the email that i already log in in my phone (which is i use for this steam account ) automatically logged out without i doing anything , now when i tried to log in they ask for email recorvery or phone number WHICH DOESNT WORK !!! and i receive no code of any sort ,im forcibly had no way to log in to the email tho its alrady "log in" in some of my mobile games which is weird

i know in order to change the email for this account ,i need access to the current email i use ,now since i cant even log in to the email ,i cant change this account registered email

is there anyway for me to change the email i use for this account ?

yahoo is way too stupid right now ,forcingly log out my email in my own phone which already logged in before

and now they no longer requier passwords to log in ,they ask key ,which is i dont even know where to get that

-if u wonder why i use yahoo ,it is becoz its my old email that i use to everything since it active since 2007 and i use it for this steam account since 2012

i really anoyed by this new yahoo .if i knew its going to be like this,i wouldve change all my email to gmail ,yahoo sucks

even using different email ,and click send codes ,still no codes were sent

doenst work bro ,in order to turn off account key i need to log in ,but i cant log in becuz i dont have account key

The login information was correct, but Yahoo suddenly decided that I might be a hacker and told me I had to go through the account recovery process. Unfortunately, the account was ~25 years old and I had no access to (or memory of) the phone number or the recovery email address I used to create the account. I contacted support and they basically said that if you don't have that information you are out of luck.

i decided its alright to let that stupid yahoo email go away for good ,im not gonna use stupid yahoo service ever again

but the problem is i registered that email to this steam account ,and no way to change it unless i log in to the yahoo email 1st

i hope steam support have a good idea how to handle this situation

Since stupid yahoo is asking for money for live chat so they will fix the problem they caused , I can't get through my E-mail

I just logged into my yahoo email account and I wasn't asked for anything ... I was already signed in. When I clean my browser history and I have to re-enter my info I have no issues with it.

Somehow I get the feeling we aren't being told the whole story here.

isnt this weird that in my google play had the yahoo email stil log in ,but in the yahoo app its already log out without me logging it out

when i tried to log in ,it ask account key ,and no notif coming to my phone
so i use different method of login which is sending a code to my phone ,which none of the code sent to me

AND U KNOW WHAT ? in indonesian yahoo page ,people got the same problem too

i brought this phone 2 months ago ,i login id and pass just find and never log out until they implement this stupid "account key" which my account log out itself without me doing the log out things

thats why in my google play store the yahoo mail were still log in ,but not with the yahoo app itself
