Family sharing not working?
Me and my friend both have each others libraries, but seemingly completely randomly I will not have access to his library. It says "Purchase" where "play" usually is, followed by "This library is not currently available for sharing"
Thing is, he is not using the library at the time nor is he changing any settings to block me out. Any ideas why it would be doing this? I can still install uninstalled games from his library, I just cant play them when they are installed.

^ That means the library is in use by someone else at the moment. Either your friend is playing one of their games or someone else they also share their library with is playing one of their games.
Any library can only be used by ONE user at any given time, so if someone plays one of your friends games, either your friend or someone else they share with, the games are unavailable to play for you.
