Can I trade steam wallet funds?

I have money on one steam account but I would like to buy a game on another account ( Dont ask). Is there like a family sharing type thing where I can possibly trade money between my account?

No but you can buy the game as a gift and gift it to your other account

Nope, sorry you can't trade Steam wallet funds but i think this might work is add your other Steam account to Steam account that have Steam wallet funds on friend list, then buy a game as gift on account that have Steam funds and after that send the game that you bought as gift to your other account (If you did choose send gift later option) or you can send the game as gift directly to your other account after you press purchase.

FYI:
1. no, you cannot transfer Steam Wallet funds from one account to another
2. in case anyone ever says they'll do that for you, or promises Steam Wallet funds in a trade, they are scamming you.
