Removing videos from your steam library?
Is there any way to delete or remove the videos you watch (like Killing Floor: Uncovered or the Payday webseries) from your library? It's really annoying that if you ever watch a video at any point in your life it's stuck on your library list forever.

I have the same problem here. But the video isnt downlaoded. It is streamed every time you start watching it. It is just an entry in your library.

Greetings!

It's not so much that I want to save space, I just have OCD and can't stand seeing that (2) beside the Videos just because I watched 2 videos a few months ago. I've tried revoking their licences on the Account page like Valve's support thing says, but it didn't work.

I want to remove a video (Mad Max System Test), if you find out a way please tell me.

You can hide it. Right mouse button on it and select "Set Categories.." and then tick "Hide this game in my library" option and press OK. And boom, it is gone from your Library menu.

If this does not work, as it appears not to with a paid film (e.g. Coffee, Kill Boss) you can go to the link below:
https://help.steampowered.com/#text=coffee&home=HelpWithGame

Search the name of the movie, and then choose "I want to permanently remove this game from my account".

Thanks, konza. I know this thread is a bit old but I'm glad I found it. Like the OP, I'm a bit OCD and it bothered me to have free streaming videos listed in my library. I also could have hidden them like Mindaz suggested but I'm happier to be able to remove them completely. Still not sure why Steam adds them to the library in the first place...

Edit: I just realized this is also the way to solve another issue I've had. Any demo or other free game I install can be removed from my library but afterwards, if it comes up searching or browsing, Steam will still say it's in my library. These items can be removed from the same account licenses page as the videos.

I have that removing problem with "CS:GO Player Profiles".
The first way shows up this "Thing" (I don't know what it is), but I'm not allowed to delete it, the second way doesn't even show it...
I did downloaded it accidentally and it spams up my mobile library :steamsad:
