Combat bug when you have the low camera angle you cant click on enemies, and i click on enemites to target 3-4 times and it doesnt pick up the click or target, so i have to zoom out with alt as per game note, then the targeting will work properly, but it should work on all combat angles it doesnt matter
First check if there isn't something strange with your particular peripheries. Like your actual headset. If you had to install software to go along then fire it up and check the options.
There there is a plethora of other possibilities/options, both in Windows and in some other programs (like Discord for example) which will by default mess with your audio output to make sure you can hear something which is considered to have higher priority over something else. In Discord it would be when other people in a call talk over the audio of your other programs (games), in Windows it could be about anything but always in regard to some other audio input.
besides that you could check bug tracker for specific games.

because the titles you called.. i dont got them ( dont want them ) but im pretty sure fullscreen is a lie... and its just using borderless fullscreen instead of exclusive fullscreen.
I thought it might be because of my game recorders, but nah even without using them or running in background, sound. no sound etc
