Helldivers 2 downloaded on on both "installed apps" section and "Other" section of storage settings

So basically i tried freeing up some space on my pc and i realised that Helldivers 2 takes up storage space on the "Installed apps" section on my pc which I'm not so shocked at but it takes up an equal amount of space in my "Other" section of storage settings where I have my "Games" folder which i have moved steam installations from the "x86 program files" folder because i was adding mods to new vegas. I know that its not just a Helldivers 2 issue but I couldn't find a way to post it on a general steam discussion. Can anyone help? I've also tried to get a ticket for steam support but I couldn't find a way to do that too. I've emailed steam but it said that emails aren't monitored anymore so I don't know what to do.
