Refund Not Received After Canceling Pending Steam Wallet Transaction

Hi, I need help. Recently I added some funds to Steam and Steam marked it as pending. Then I decided not to top up anymore and canceled the pending so that the money could return to my account. It’s been more than a week now and I still haven’t seen the money back in my account. What should I do?

When a refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction is cancelled and the charge drops off your bank statement. In this case, you will not see a credit on your account. This process can take up to 10 days – wait time for international payment methods may vary.

In many cases it takes up to 30 days for your bank to confirm that Steam never received the funds in the first place.
