This is caused by the IP rate Limiter. Too Many Page Requests from the same IP address.

So there too many page requests from steam users that are on that same shared IP address.

Change your IP address, or get yourself a Private static assigned IP Address from your ISP.

It was put inplace, to stop browser add on's, Bot farming apps, and off site trade websites from bombarding the steam servers with requests.

You can just use vpn. Or connect via mobile network, since it will change your ip

they need to change it,it's annoying,doesn't help against bots just hurts customers

I also don’t like it. But i think they know better than me how their architecture should work
