I heard you can connect friend accounts if their in the same country, that doesnt work for me. So I decided to make an account that i used to join my family account, is this bannable in any sort?

No, you can not make an account for your friend to get around the restrictions that were put into place to stop abuse like this.

With you already having a game ban and your friends having bans themselves (multiple in a case), I'm surprised you would want to share libraries.

my game ban wasn't even from me lol, i got hacked way back in 2021 and they used my cc to buy games and for them to cheat on it. The guy on my friends list with bans is someone who i dont even know.

Long story short, no you can't make accounts for other people unless you're a parent/guardian making an account for your child.
