Cant change my email address.

Hey I'm new to posting stuff but I have an issue and not sure where else to turn since I cant directly contact steam support, I've been trying to change my steam email since I have no way to access it, but for some reason whenever I put in the code it sends me through the email it just gives me an error saying that something went wrong with the captcha and im not sure why. I am getting really frustrated since it should not be so difficult to change my email I no longer have the associated phone number either so steam support is the only way and not sure if there is a fix or if anyone knows an alternate method. Thank you.
