Windows emulator for android device
I saw something online recently about a certain fork being able to run Steam with some tweaks.

Pretty sure the Chromium browser engine is still quite difficult for Wine to handle.

get a PC. Android phones aren't strong enough to run most Windows-only games anyway.

It seems Winlator 10.1 is still not compatible with Steam.

What a useful insight, captain obvious.

I play Dark Souls remastered using winlator on a galaxy s24+...
Since this thread got necroed, Winlator 10.1 Hotfix and 11.0 Beta can run Steam; make sure in Wine settings to select Windows 10 or 11 as the Windows version before installing Steam.
I installed 11 and it seems to be better at launching games and less glitchy in the client, but I still have flickering graphics issues with Turnip drivers.
