steam gift cards
so I moved to england from turkiye and when I entered a shop I saw steam giftcards and I changed my steam currency to gbp. So if I buy a steamcard can I redeem it?

Is the currency in your Steam store displayed as GBP (£)?

You can redeem UK Steam gift cards if your store region is set to the UK.

You said in your OP that it was already changed to £.

What if I move and want to change my store country to the new location?

If you have moved to a new place, or are living abroad for an extended period of time, you can update your Steam country setting when you complete your first purchase using a payment method from that country. If your location differs from your current Steam account store country setting you'll have an option to change your store country while you view your cart or as you complete your purchase. You will only have the option to change your store country once every 3 months.

no I cant do that cause im only in UK for 2 more weeks and steam says that I can only change my location every 3 months

its the same words here as in chat

Add a UK home address in steam
Add a UK Bank account/Debt card in steam
ye I know its the same thing but im on mobile which is a lot hard

Then, no. You aren't supposed to change country if you are only visiting anyways.
