I can't load the game when downloading, initially the download speed is 90mb/s, then after about 1 minute the speed starts to drop and drops to 0mb/s continuously for hours and I tried to find and fix the error but it still doesn't work. I reset the network, changed the region and cleared the cache but and changed the network IP still doesn't work. Can you guys guide me how to fix the error. Thank you

try throttling it to 5mb/s ie. type in 5000 in the limit download speed, most internet companies throat-hole steam
