Report a translation problem
1. A spiritual sequel. A game that doesn't have the name nor the specific character/location/whatever names but recreates the visual style as well as the gameplay. Grab yourself a copy of Unity, Godot or Unreal and get crackin'!
2. A port/remake. For that, someone has to contact the rightowning entity, buy the rights and then get crackin'.
It's main claim to fame was the pixelated blood guts and gore. Which was shocking..in the late 80's early 90's but today...it's a rather boring side scroller. Think of a game like kung fu for an idea of the depth of combat
