SteamDB[steamdb.info] provides historical game pricing data.
One possibility is those games were in early access at a lower price point, and now they've received a full release along side a price increase.

Problem here is that most of what I have in my wishlist is there because I had already appraised those games to be interesting but way too costly for what they offer. The devs re-evaluating their game price just make it even more unlikely that I buy it myself since I, personally, have not re-evaluated the way I appraise games.
I know the game Hidden Folks originally tried releasing super cheap DLC expansions ($1-$2 each). Eventually they did away with the DLC approach and instead just gave future expansions away for free... but would also raise the base price of the game when they did that. So if you already owned the game it didn't cost you any extra, but if you bought it later it was more expensive.
Then hit up Steam DB and provide us examples.
(here in the US, I haven't noticed any price changes personally. /shrug)
