Steam Startup Movies - Point Shop

When do I see these? I never see mine? Do I need to be in Steam Big Picture Mode to see it every time? I own 1 or 2 but never see it. Steam just boots up as normal,

Start up movies are for Big Picture Mode and Steam Deck but not for the regular client.

Click on the BPM icon just to the left of the minimize button in the top right corner of the client.

Inside BPM, bottom left corner > Menu > Settungs > Customization

I was gonna say Big Picture Mode yeah I dont usually use Big Picture Mode so I was wondering where my startup movie is

mainly because its a feature built around the deck. not pcs.
