Steam achievements timestamps conflicting. How to fix?

Hey guys, so I have an issue, where I got an achievement on one day, and the steam servers list it as the next day.

Even more confounding, on the game's page, if I mouse over to the achievement in the section on the right-hand side it gives me the correct time (which was when I popped it), but on the left-hand side, in the activity feed, it has the wrong listed day and time, some 16 hours later.

I realize this isn't a life and death kind of issue, but when it breaks a streak of getting an achievement every day for 240+ days, through no fault of my own, feels like a kick in the teeth.

So, is there a way to align the servers listed timestamp to the match the actual timestamp? Help would be greatly appreciated.

There is nothing you can do. It is simply a glitch that occurred on Steam's end.

No, if there were server issues having it bug out, it stays bugged.

Or if you had a short internet outage at that moment and didn't even realize, it will have the date when you personally unlocked it for you, but the date when steam servers got the next update from your machine seeing that you've already got it, will be their date when it was unlocked.

I have had this issue for 3 years, every time I unlock a achievement I have to go to my profile to see if it went through on the web browser. Sometimes it unlocks just fine and sometimes it doesn't unlock so the only thing I can do is come off the game and then it unlocks as soon as I exit the game.

Never once found a fix and I've been looking for years, I think it's something to do with Steam's database not refreshing properly. Like you said my Steam client achievement timestamps are different to the web browsers timestamps because sometimes they don't unlock until I exit a game.

I found a thread like this issue ages ago but no one seems to know of a fix.

This is my exact issue. Started a fresh account to make sure it wasn't my account and it's still happening here. Gets pretty tiring refreshing my profile after every achievement to ensure the timestamps are correct. Not much you can do if it happens during something like a call of duty easter egg or a speedrun where you could end up with impossible achievements at the same time
