Is it possible to choose friends who can see your library?

I've been using "Find Games to Play" with my friend, but it seems like I still see their games even when they closed visibility.

That gave me an idea...what if we could select friends from our friendlist to specifically assign privacy settings applied only to them? Most of people use private profile for privacy purposes, but it would be nice if we could let selected people see our games or profile.
