Workshop, best of all time, bugged?

A few weeks ago it seemed like they changed the way that mods are organized, and the 'best of all time' is now a haphazard mix of the real best, and the new mods that have a high like-to-dislike ratio.

Anyone else notice this, and has their been any word on when it will be fixed?

PS- Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong thread, I tried finding the best place to ask this.
