anyone from spain experiencing issues with steam aswell?

can't see the cover art of all the games in my library, and all avatars from friends (and my own) appears as broken. checked downdetector and it seems it's a localized issue in spain.

edit/ just found out it's a widespread issue in spain due to some cloudflare restrictions put in place by internet providers to prevent a football match from being pirated. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ we are a joke of a country.

Tebas and the football league started blocking Cloudflare again today given today's big match to stop people from watching it for free through pirate streams.

That means a lot of services running on the same networks they block experience issues. Apparently they've not only screwed Steam, but also Twitter and one of the biggest payment processors of the country.

Then you know what to do. Call your ISP(s) and complain the heck to them about it.

Also, if this was to happen in my country it would be illegal. The service contract I have with my ISP mean that they can't just block me from accessing said service unless there is a grave issue or an actually justifiable reason to it. Blocking the whole lot of the end users because of a sport event (whatever kind it is) is NOT a justifiable reason, at least in my country. Just saying.

We've already been there and done that. Judges basically said it's OK for the Football League to do that, because these football players have to eat too... And it's not like the blocks screw anything 'important'

Over here football is religion so anything for football.

That explains it. Yet another football related BS. Been a long time since I have watched a match out of my own initiative, but still managed to get screwed over it.

Same problem here, everything is mega broken, Store, Fiendlist, Game Library, I tried so many things to fix this, glad is not my own issue. Hopefully they fix this soon
