Downloading speed slow..

Hi everyone.
i m facing this issue since last week usually if i download something from steam i get normally 30 to 40 mbps but from last week my downloading speed maximum going up to 2.5 mbps and on average 500kbps i checked my internet speed all things are working proper but only in steam i m facing slow downloading speed....
one more thing i had done clear cache from downloads but still nothing happen..
if anyone know how to fix this kindly guide me..THANKYOU.
