Some guy goes by idiot Alt (*number) keep posting youtube link

One day suddenly my forum got someone comment on. That day i didn't thought much of it and click it to see it lead to video about kid going to zoo or watching some owl. I delete it and next day new alt appeared so i report them. This steam profile are unlocked and people said to report them. I still worry i might get heck tho. I realize i was little slow back then so this time I actually send link to online checker couple of times and they said it safe but just to be sure. Can anyone help me check the link? I have it save but I don't know anyone good with computer to check them for me

maybe someone fake it? or track whoever watch that video from somewhere or something but i guess dude just playin around is possible too but issue is having more than 2 alt? that weird and keep posting link too
