In a word part of it, yes.
If more people spent as much time trying to help up and coming developers, as they spend here protecting bad business practice or moderation, it may be time better spent.
>complains that people would rather play games than read the post
>complains that people are reading the post instead of playing games

Enough to know, the complaints being made about those games, incoherent.
Unless everyone expects everything "perfect" and i think that's where this argument is. Elitism and snobbery, and not knowing how good they may have it.
I consider myself fortunate. I don't have the consoles I used to have (and I had quite a few) so my only opportunity to play games now is Steam, GOG, and EA Play.
If I still had them I wouldn't be here right now. I'd be playing those games. I might as well add most of the games I play the most here I had on console before. That ought to tell you want I think of newer games for the most part.
BTW you may think you are a King but you are just another poster here. Sorry.
Well i def agree about the Triple A's. We all have access to them, and i myself don't think they're at all in a very good place.
But as far as these smaller independent developers, i think they're dealing with a clientel, that expects "perfection", and that is not going to be the case.
I think if those games came over to consoles, they would likely do much better, being, we just don't have those types of games.
So again, how many games do you own? How many games have you bought in EA?
And well now, about 25 or 30. Out of now the more than 100 games here on PC, are either smaller indie devs, and EA.
I don't play on PC to play games i already have on console.
And so "that" is the answer, whether you think its the "wrong" answer, or not sufficient, that is tough.
You wanna make those claims with those small numbers?
Yes, i am making those claims. and yes i do encourage small developers for games i want to play and enjoy.
I think Xbox is doing a great job, Sony as well, bringing in newer smaller teams, that can deal with a clientel that is more "appreciative" of games they bring about.
Do not ask me, how the new "Game of Thrones" game, that should be going bonkers by now, is stuck in a PC waste land. That should be on Consoles at first, not here as an example.
