Do devs set the game tag's or do we?

I see LGTVOLEDA++ games that have the correct tags assigned. Some games that should have that tag, do not.

Hows does that happen?

There are tags set by the developers, found on the right hand side, halfway down on the store page of said game.

And then there are "popular" player tags, found underneath the description of the game on the store page.

Always looked at "popular" as the devs tags.
