Any realistic shooting game?

im looking for a realistic shooting game with 5vs5 (style of CS) where plant the bomb and other team has to defuse and rounds of 12, but with a more realistic approach

for example, if you get shoot in leg, your movement speed is slower because your legs are damaged
if you get shoot in arm, your reload speed is slower because your arm is injured
neck damage should do the same damage as head damage (bullet to the neck is lethal)
if you shoot someones ear hitbox the sound in game is impaired and harder to hear enemy footsteps

is there any game like this? or we are not there yet?
