Steamtools give ban?
i recently tested some steamtools games on my account, and i forgot to do it on the secondary account.

It isn't.

It just uses public information from Steam to check if a user has any community server or VAC bans.

The only thing I could find was a website written mostly in Chinese that repeatedly says it has "no viruses" which is like if the waiter at a restaurant repeatedly assured you unprompted that there were no rats piloting the chef around the kitchen Ratatouille style.
