slow download
Hey i have a 1 giga byte internet and i download on steam only 13 mps it used to be 500mps
but since my internet company reset my internet it went 13-20 mps i dont have "limit download speed" on and i have a really good pc anyone else have this issue?

Your not the only one, i just bought atomfall. It looks like i'm gonna play the game a week from now.

ISP issue most likely (99% surety!).

What country are you in?
Try changing to another region/country.

For example, if located in the USA, try another state/region.

If located in Europe, try another country - such as France, Germany, Greece, Italy, The Netherlands/etc. Sometimes this helps.

Nah, doesn't really help. It's still as slow as a wet turd trying to climb up hill.

13 MB/s is about 100 Mbps. Are you sure you have an gigabyte connection and not 100 Mbps?

i have 1gig internet and steams is using 100 mb, still the download is taking more than 2 hours

in optimal conditions, a gigabit internet connection can download at 125 MB/s.

Fixed the problem.

Task manager>details>steam.exe change priority to high.

Was having this issue too and did the following:

"Go to Device Manager

Press Disk drives

Right-click your drive -> Properties

Under Policies, Un-check "Enable write caching on the device"

Worked for me, hope it does the same for you!
