Steam level up
right now I am 7xp away from level 20, If i am not mistaken awards give 10xp, will I be level 20 if i give award to someone or someone gives me?

It should work. First 100 awards you give/receive give 10xp each and after 100 it scales down to 1xp per award.

1xp only? Last I checked I was pretty sure I get 5xp per award give/recieve, unless they changed something. I know games only give 1 xp.
