Hacked and Stuff Stolen Theif Cashed Out

My account was hacked from someone in China and right now due to circumstances I don't have my gaming PC and I'm not always around to check my accounts out. It was either China or Hong-Kong as my account had verified accounts from that region I tried telling Steam but have not heard back and feel like they are ignoring me and this problem. I figure its cause I used my steam account to login to a website and not long after this happened as I recently changed my password and steam protect was off as I was almost blocked from getting into my account with the multi verification on. They pretty much sold all my items and thing I have purchased as well as give all my points away by awarding posts with gifts I did not do this and with all the money I spent on Steam want them back in my account. They should be able to find the IP of the guy that did this if not its Steam that is letting this ♥♥♥♥ happen and not caring as long as they get their slice ♥♥♥♥ the rest.

NEVER login to ANY third party websites using your Steam credentials...

Do ALL of these. Every single one.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
7. Make sure your steam recovery email account is secure

Steam support will not restore any items or wallet funds that have left the account for any reason.

For Steam points, if they were given out within the last 14 days, I think resetting your password revokes them. Someone else can confirm that, I'm sure.

I have done those when I was free a few days ago it seems since I had a dead credit card on my account thank god and that they pretty much sold all my inventory and cashed out I figured there next plan would be account take over it was still my phone number and email they changed the profile pic to some scummy coupon code.

I feel ya was locked out of steam for over a month because of a hack...as of now I'm up to my eyeballs in damage control... they got access to everything!
Currently rebuilding my sys to get back online...upgrading internet to ipv6 protocol. Will cost more, but at least I'll be more secure once set up and twice the speed to boot
