Reccommend me a game for learning how to drive

Not looking for a racing game, something more like Trucker Simulator where you can drive around a realistic world and practice driving and awareness. Realistic mods are a plus as well.

There's no particular game for learning how to drive that would teach you awareness or hazard perception, typically a gamer would have good reactions but being able to read hazards and potential problems on the road comes from intuition, natural abilities and common sense. It is not something that you can just pick up in a game as the only thing you could really work on is understanding and perhaps your mental reflexes. The best you could do in terms of your request is an open world game like GTA, Cyberpunk etc as driving through an environment with many unpredictable variables (NPC pathing bugs that cause them to switch lanes randomly) might help there if you're a little slow to respond...

As for driving itself, not much you do outside of a complete simulation rig is going to give you all the skills needed to drive. I would recommend you get inside a car owned by a friend or family and have them tell you which things do what task.

Ultimately this is not the place to ask for driving tips, as you should be getting real world driving lessons on properly and safely operating a vehicle, not relating it to video games in this way.

As someone who has been driving for a couple of decades, with a force feedback wheel, it felt pretty accurate to me actually. The traffic AI is weird though, with people always running in to each other.
