That is where you need to be communicating with valve. They deal with account and billing issues. Make a ticket, explain the situation, wait for reply.

Are the tickets still open, or are they being closed with no reply at all?

Support will always provide a reply when closing tickets, if your tickets are auto closing then that is a sign your account is compromised

Just want to rule out that possibility.
Nothing anyone on these forums can help with.

Wild assumptions, a lack of patience and weaving a story of malice may not make it so.

Sometimes things take a bit longer than we would like, but they can be resolved, and having a freak out rarely helps that along.

I asked if it was one or two charges because it could explain the difference between what you see and what you expect.

If it's two identical charges, it's most likely the first one is a authorization hold tap, the second is the actual payment. You haven't seen the refund because, unlike charges, refunds take a few days to arrive back to the original payment.

As long as your SUpport tickets are open, they will reply to them. It can take a few days to respond and it could be taking longer as they look into the claim. Just be patient and wait for Support's reply. They aren't ghosting you.

siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh... ok I have a 2 charges about 1 week old now... for the same amount ...a few days apart (kind if like a refund would work....) ... I contacted visa... It infact was charged... twice.... steam has a refunded status. According to my bank.. there was never a refund issued... a week ago... STOP WHITE KNIGHTING THIS HORSESH%^..... they chraged me TWICE for the same REFUNDED STATUS GAME ...!! do you understand what im saying?
Bank may take up to 2 weeks to process it and move money correctly back to your account.

if your attorney did not tell you to stop contacting the people you are trying to sue

They aren't buying their time. Support tickets can take a while(sometimes days) to get a response.

Refunds can sometimes take longer. The extra charge is probably just being held for a few days before returning to the account.

white knight it, but as a customer of steam your saying your cool with them not providing you with a functional customer service. Eventually everything will be that way because people like you allow it. If someone can take your money right away they should have means of communication right away.....THEY HAVE THE MONEY FOR IT.

You can run your multi-billion dollar games platform however you want.

I think my approach to life is a bit different than yours. And watching you meltdown makes me grateful for that. :KentWinning:
