also i will not play MP!
Also checks off everything on your request list (frequent updates, plenty of single player content like Army General campaigns, operations, etc., came out this year, no longer in EA, etc.) and is made by the same devs that made Red Dragon. Red Dragon is good too but kind of old and a little less user friendly/accessible compared to WARNO.
And Regiments as I understand is basically WARNO lite with less content. I haven't played myself, it looks neat enough but I suspect whatever it does, WARNO does it better.
Buy WARNO - Expansion Pass
SPECIAL PROMOTION!

Buy WARNO - Gold Edition BUNDLE which is the exact same thing as above showing it only comes with expansion pass... Right now i own WARNO what they sold in EA. What do i need to buy to get all the DLC CONTENTS available
their both 65.99 but one has a higher discount
Totally up to you, I only have the early access pack DLC myself. A major expansion was just released so unless you really want those digital guides if I were you I would just get the expansion pass & maybe the Albion DLC but again it's your choice.
