Anyone else get from a friend associcated to your account that they gave you a link that sends you to a webpage that says 251,400 of 300,000 gift cards have already been redeemed.

That means over 200,000 steam accounts have been hi-jacked

It's true because a friend of mine got hi-jacked.

they hacked my account, I received the link from my cousin and I thought he wanted to give me a gift and now I lost my account of over 15 years with games and a bank card on it, I logged in with another account and went to my profile and only my name and avatar appear, what can I do?

It's locked because of suspicious activity. Contact steam support with proof it's your account.
