Unable to return a second copy of game purchased
We bought a copy of Feed and Grow: Fish about a year ago. No one really played it much until my youngest child decided to play - he saw there was a multi-player option and so today we bought an extra copy of the game. Unfortunately, we then discovered muti-player does not work and the game has been abandoned by the developers.

Since we had just purchased the game I figured that it could be refunded. After two attempts, both stating why we were attempting to get a refund for the second copy, we got what appeared to be an automated response that play time had exceeded the return window. I get the policy but, in this case, it seems like some kind of exception could be made. We are not asking for a refund of the first copy we bought a while back but just the copy we bought today since multi player was the only reason we bought it.

The policy says that refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis but the responses we are getting don't give the impression that anyone even looked or considered our scenario.

Is there a direct email that could be used to contact someone? If I go back to either case, we opened I can't even write a reply asking for more information or to ask them to take a second look.

Put in a manual ticket. At the top, Help, Support. Help with game/purchase, pick said game, and put in a ticket for a manual refund.
