I can't buy a lot of games right now but I'm curious what ones have you seen that are way lower than what they normally are during the sales? Might be something I should snag in that case!

I like Zombie survival games, the start was kinda confusing because you have so much stuff the game doesn't explain to you but i found a excellent New Players Guide on youtube by Brian Menard, it's a little outdated because they added new things like the Curveball System (random modifiers in your campaign) but he does a great job in teaching you the game.
