Steam stopped working in Windows 8.1

Now Steam is forcing me to replace my perfectly working Windows 8.1 with a totally unnecessary Windows 10 just to play a game that runs perfectly in Windows 98.

hehe, he deleted his posts but i managed to report him before he deleted his last one, my posts show his messages in my quotes support will see him trolling and spreading misinformation

just goes to show you, he calls me troll yet my posts are still here

why delete posts, clearly shows him to be the troll (his name will forever remain in my posts as quotes)

yep winter suggested to user water to clean electronics, lol

I suggested to use 99% industrial strength ISO - read the post but only PCB - I also go onto talk about witch hazel and proper cleaning solutions.

lol he suggests chemicals to use on electronics, just as bad as water, def not gona do his suggesttions my monitor would be ruined XD, ill stick to what my dad taught me and only use 91% isopropyl alcohol
