Too many sale notifications.

I like getting one when a sale starts, or when something goes on sale off-season. I've been getting like two emails and push notifications a day for this winter sale. This is some YouTube premium bs, come on valve.

Opt out of the emails and keep the notifications in Steam only...

I just received a notification in-game that mimic'd an achievement alerting me to the winter sale. Never seen that before.

That's under the client settings. You can turn on/off toasts for that one, under "There's a major sale."

I have had varying results for about 2 years now. I've been complaining about emails being sent out at different times during the day/night for the same event and also emails being sent out at 3AM.

Bad part about it I have email notifications turned off.

Maybe they are doing them in batches to not overload their servers but after a certain time the batches should stop till 8am the next day.
