Purchasing is voluntary not mandatory and it is not Valve's decision to giveaway 3rd party games which have a price tag, that is the choice of the developer, publisher.
Epic's way of getting people to use their platform and it costs Epic money to do so.
Ironically the store has yet to make a profit as those free games do not encourage paying customers who support the store financially and the store has being open six years.
Which they can only afford to do because Fortnite is a money machine.
Where's YOUR giveaway?
Then go get your free games there.
Honestly, I'd like to see people that make these kind of posts go to a physical store and say "Hey, the store on the other side of town is giving me free stuff, so where are your freebies?".
They'd get an holiday-filled middle finger, at the very least.
It hasn't been everyday for the entire month of December.
The same free games over and over. I've already claimed most of them already. Like Control, today's freebie. I got that last year.
