Yeah, no legal way to do that and any attempt to spoof your location to switch your steam store region will most likely end in a permanently banned Steam account.
Buy the games in the region you are in and if they are too expensive put them on a wishlist and buy them later down the line like everyone else.
Result: Said regions get higher prices they probably can't afford while the exploiter simply jumps to another region and the process repeats.
And get scammed with no option for recourse in many cases. Could also end up getting the licence revoked later since many such sites sell keys that have been acquired through illegal means and developers often revoke them.
Reputable stores might be cheaper than Steam, but they're nowhere as cheap as some of the grey market sites that people usually go for if they think like the OP.
