Yeah, no legal way to do that and any attempt to spoof your location to switch your steam store region will most likely end in a permanently banned Steam account.
Buy the games in the region you are in and if they are too expensive put them on a wishlist and buy them later down the line like everyone else.

Odd it was Germany before. At any rate the price is cheaper for games in other countries due to the developers setting those prices there. To be honest I don't believe you are wealthy, not in the slightest, had you been you would see the price you are paying for and determine if the game is worth that cost, if not move on and pay no mind to what others are paying. If the game seems more appealing at a lower price, add it to your wishlist and wait for it to go on sale, again doesn't involve you being concerned on what others are paying.

Developers can raise prices for Argentina and similar regions if they think people are abusing regional prices, like if the number of players and purchases in those regions are too different.

Result: Said regions get higher prices they probably can't afford while the exploiter simply jumps to another region and the process repeats.

And get scammed with no option for recourse in many cases. Could also end up getting the licence revoked later since many such sites sell keys that have been acquired through illegal means and developers often revoke them.

Reputable stores might be cheaper than Steam, but they're nowhere as cheap as some of the grey market sites that people usually go for if they think like the OP.
