Report a translation problem
I have never heard of ask-a-crew and as far as I am aware they aren't part of Valve or steam so support shouldn't be sending you to them.
The only options are to go back to whoever sold you the card, or ask Support for assistance.
For Support's assistance, you choose Support > Purchases > I need help with a Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code > My Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code is damaged > read this page > Contact Steam Support > provide details > Send.
