The filters hiding adult games are on by default. They have to be removed manually. And you obviously know that, since you removed them too, given that you are seeing those games. Don't play "holier than thou".

The preferences are automatically set to NOT show adult content. What you claim is simply NOT true. I have a friend who has been on Steam longer than me for a year (which is 14 years) and when going through my library, they asked me: "Why are some of the games here blurred out?" They never knew the filter even existed.
My favorite will always remain CL0RTHAX becase it's impossible to top "help the king get to the toilet", which is releasing in like 900 years from now
