gonna happen? I liked the account but nothing happened. I can move my account but it's HIGHLY dangerous. I said no. steam has the best games comms and firewall friendly.

There is no merger. Licenses redeemed on Steam are for Steam.

Linking accounts does not merge games.

I didn't hear anything about a merger. There was some talk awhile ago of Xbox contemplating acquiring Steam, but thus far no more word on that.

There are rumors of Xbox having Steam available on their newer consoles in a few years, but again rumors as to how or if it will happen.

However if you have a link of a new story about the matter, i'd sincerely like to see it.

Valve was mentioned in passing when discussing their previous attempts to try and purchase Nintendo.

Yeah, I casually mentioned buying Steam in a text to a colleague back when I was a NOC Admin for a tech co. I guess that means my company is on the verge of taking over for Gabe any day now.

It actually had "Owned" and "Action-Adventure" on there twice each. It also had a phone showing Xbox games as well.

Meaning that if it had any actual weight, streaming is the most that will happen.

Anything that lets you move the goalpost around right? We've gone from buying Steam, to maybe Steam will have a presence on XBox. Sure, anything is possible. Speculation and rumors are fun. And some of them aren't crazy far fetched. But being more plausible doesn't mean more factual, not until something actually happens.

Also stake your claim on a favored rumor isn't prescience, unless you ignore all the times you're wrong
