First of all, I will state that there is a grand total of 34,924 Pages of listings. Trying to load the complete list can't be done due to a Memory Exception Error, it just won't load unless you filter it.

So, who's insane enough to buy these Items at these completely mad prices?
What's the most expensive Item you've ever listed?
What was the most expensive Item that actually sold?

You think that's bad, there are "games" on the Steam store being sold for upwards of $2000 AUD

At least those are Games, that you can play.
OK, they are often Bundles of Games in that specific case, or Software Programs.

Though, I would like to know what the most expensive Game on Steam is, since they average about £125 USD each these days.

Listed prices are just that.. listed prices. Since boosterpacks can be crafted with gems, the most a boosterpack is ever worth is just a little over a sack of gems. It should definitely never sell for this much.

Only the banana item actually ever sold for a lot. After that it is about only 8€ and everything else just cents. Thats the real worth of these items.

I've actually sold some heart emotes for like 12€ before, some Foil cards for around 15€ and some cs skins for around 50€ before. But these items had actually been worth that amount and got sold multiple times for these prices.

Your items are just listings of random people putting random prices that no one will ever pay.
...well aside from the banana, but I really don't understand why that thing actually sells stuff at all, as the items are more useless than any of the others... Its just for collecting.

The world is filled with too many people who shouldn't have money. They buy whatever for whatever. They will even buy a Duct-Taped Banana to a wall...

"That Viral Banana Duct-Taped to a Wall? It Just Sold for $6.2 Million"

Well if you got more money than to know what to do with, spending 1k on virtual items, is like we spend 0,03 for it. So yeah, they can do it just because whatever. The one selling it, will definitely be happy though.
Some of the higher prices items might be set up by scammers, when they hack an account, they can use any money on it to buy the item, and transfer the money into their own account that way.
