What's "Tiled Background"?
I just notice there is a tiled background. Are they new? Never see it before. It's looks like stiff background, but why did it cost more?

As far as I can see, the difference between stiff and tiled is as follows:
While stiff and animated backgrounds end at a certain point on the profile, a tiled background appears on the entire profile with the same pattern repeated. In other words, a tiled background changes the entire background up to the comment section on the profile. This is not the case with normal backgrounds.
