Recommendations needed: House building game
I would like to get a "game" / simulator / tool that allows the following:
- plan a house
- build it quickly (actually thats not really important, it can be there instantly after planning)
- render it and walk trough it
- remodel the house -> change wallpapers, furniture etc.

I hope you might be able to recommend something
I would like to use that to plan and visualize some changes in my kitchen and bathroom.

I tried Contractville but that doesnt work as intended since
a) you need to level, grind and play a story
b) you cant remodel existing houses
c) you build the houses from the ground by hand (which is cool in general and I will probably come back to that game for fun but its not usable for what I described)

pls help, ty!

In House Flipper you can do most of this, but you're still going to have to grind a bit to get to a point where you can knock down walls and put up new ones. Can be a bit restrictive but shouldn't be that hard to model your kitchen/ bathroom on there. Pretty fun game too imo. You could always try The Sims too, there's a pretty big focus on house building there, and you could probably use cheats in free play to just get straight to building without grinding
You don't need a game... you want a CAD program...
I would look into entirely different directions -- furniture stores have software like that, and considering it's been a while since I had to get my stuff, I wouldn't be surprised if stuff like that is publicly available by now.

Of course, software provided by a store will, most likely, have a catalog specific to that store -- but, they'll probably have something similar enough to what you have so you can use their stuff as a stand-in.

its more about remodeling the walls, wallpapers etc. then furniture
stores usually only provide the latter afaik
