I'm having an issue with my steam or game could someone help me my norton flagged it as a virus and idk what to do

You either can upload the suspicious file to VirusTotal.com and let it analyze to see who else flags the file or you make a exclusion for the file in your antivirus program.

Also [Susp] probably refers to Suspicious and that alone doesn't say it's a virus or anything else. It's most likely a false-positive.

It looks like it was a dangerous worm, because my system was as if this worm was badly damaged. Everything was almost ok, when the update on Steam appeared a month ago, among other things, Winamp would hang [among other errors, including disk errors, often disk repair had to be performed by looping the song constantly for 2s], browsers could hang, including watching YouTube, it could hang the system, although nothing could be done, close the process, even enter the task manager. Wszystko było prawie ok, jak aktualizacja na steamie miesiąc temu pojawiła się i tak między innymi to mi Winamp się zawieszał [miedzy innymi błędy w tym błędy dysku powodowało, często naprawa dysku musiała zostać wykonana przez zapętlanie utworu ciągle 2s], przeglądarki potrafiły się zawieszać w tym oglądając youtube to potrafiło zawiesić system mino że nic nie można było zrobić zamknąć procesu nawet wejść do menedżera zadań. Odinstalowałem tą grę dla bezpieczeństwa
