I'm trying to recover my stolen account BUT the scammer added a steam guard and phone number and possibly changed the pass, I've cleared my laptop its safe, but i cant recover it steam isn't responding to my tickets.

Keep in mind, that support's response is not instant (especially on weekends).

the man that hijacked it is emailing me trying to get the unlock code but its not locked, he just got it community banned, also steam still hasn't responded (take in mind I BELIVE its him, its not 1--% Confirmed)
